As we complete interviewing at multiple provider sties within a particular level of service, we aggregate the data we have collected and write a report about that level of care. The information provides us with a broad picture of consumer satisfaction with services provided by a specific type of program (e.g. inpatient, outpatient, day treatment...).
By aggregating the data, we can more specifically identify level of service identity trends, allowing us to compare satisfaction rates among programs and among quality indicators. In addition, we are able to assess satisfaction rates based on a variety of demographic characteristics (age, gender...), and, more importantly, program characteristics (geography, funding, size...). Most importantly, trade groups, health agencies and MBHP will have an opportunity to assess this particular level of service, perhaps validating it, and also earmark for structural program component change.
